The Sports Club features a 50-foot lap pool, steam rooms, saunas, state-of-the-art weight machines and exercise equipment. About the price, not sure what your budget is but I found an advanced purchase rate for $258.33/night. Also, Crowne Plaza is a ten-minute walk from the Hilton. Hope this helps. There's one at E. 59th and Park Ave and anther at E. 51st and Lex(ington) Ave. I don't know of many hotels who don't charge for their gym facilities - especially in Midtown Manhattan.
